    Our daily behaviors significantly impact our physical, mental, psychological, and aesthetic health. Some incorrect behaviors can cause numerous long-term problems, and some even cause signs of aging to appear faster than usual, something most women fear.

According to the Turkish website "Listelist " , if you are afraid of the appearance of signs of premature aging, you should avoid the following behaviors, the most important of which are:

1- Using large and heavy earrings

Large, heavy earrings put pressure on the earlobe, which can cause the ear to change shape and cause the skin to lose elasticity, leading to premature aging. Because the ear is one of the most visible parts of the body, any change in it will make you look older than you actually are.

2- Drink water from the bottle frequently.

If you like drinking water from a plastic bottle instead of a glass cup, you should stop, as experts say that using bottles can cause more wrinkles around the lips. In other words, if you don't want to look aging too quickly, it's a good idea to drink from glass cups.


3- Taking nutritional supplements

It's a well-known fact that nutritional supplements taken under a doctor's supervision are beneficial for the body, skin, nails, and even hair. However, nutritional supplements we may take without a doctor's approval can lead to premature aging. If you're unsure of your body's needs (which is impossible to know without the necessary tests), it's a good idea to talk to your doctor to prescribe supplements based on your needs.


4- Not undergoing regular hormonal tests.

As you age, your body's needs change and your hormones fluctuate, which can impact your health. If you think you're looking older, you can take a hormone test to understand your body's needs and act accordingly. Experts consistently emphasize the importance of taking a hormone test once a year.

 5- Eating cakes, biscuits and sweets

These foods contain large amounts of sugar, and a large body of research indicates that they lead to feelings of anxiety, stress, and depression. A review of more than 300 scientific studies examining the interaction between sugar consumption, emotions, and stress was published in the journal Neuroscience & Biobehavioral Reviews. The researchers found that a diet high in sugar is associated with anxiety, cognitive impairment, and depression.


How do social relationships and sports protect you?

On the other hand, a new study found that  strong social relationships  and physical activity help prevent long-term health decline.

In a report published by the Swiss newspaper “Le Temps” (  letemps.ch  ), writer Andrew Gregory said that enjoying satisfying relationships with your partner, family, friends, and colleagues, along with exercising at least once a month, will enhance your physical and mental health.

The study found that good relationships with a partner, relatives, friends, and colleagues are associated with a lower risk of developing multiple long-term diseases in old age. It also found that the less satisfying these relationships were in the 40s and 50s, the greater the risk of developing many diseases later in life.

The study reviewed data on nearly 8,000 women in Australia who were free of 11 long-term medical conditions and were between the ages of 45 and 50 at the start of the study in 1996. The survey was repeated every three years, and they reported their levels of satisfaction with their spouses, family members, friends, work, and colleagues.


What if a woman started accepting herself as she is?

In a report also published by the newspaper "Le Temps", writer Amanda Castillo said that women should   celebrate themselves and their appearance with love and passion, regardless of age.


She adds: “In fact, a woman over 40 is perceived as advanced in age,” noting that this is evident in the significant increase in the number of cosmetic surgeries performed at an early age. There are anti-oxidant and anti-wrinkle creams designed for girls between the ages of 8 and 12.

She believes that this means that women are subject to the laws of consumer society, and that when their beauty declines, they know that men will abandon them. The author summarizes her analysis by listing numbers. In Finland, men consider the ideal age for women to be 22 years old, while in Seoul (South Korea), they consider it to be between 17 and 25 years old.
